When an employee is off with a mental health condition, most employers face a wall of uncertainty. Fit notes say very little. HR teams lack the clinical training to know what questions to ask, let alone what adjustments might help. And employees often feel stuck — not fully unwell, but not confident enough to return.

ReturnWell was built to close that gap. We connect employers with HCPC-registered occupational therapists who specialise in return-to-work support — and we manage the entire process so HR teams don't have to.
