FAQ

Pricing questions

When am I invoiced?

Invoices are issued on case completion — when the report has been delivered to your portal. You are not charged if a case is cancelled before assessment.

Is VAT included in the prices shown?

No. All prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT will be added to invoices at the prevailing rate.

What if I need to cancel a case?

You can cancel a case at any point before the assessment takes place at no charge. After the assessment has occurred, a partial fee may apply — your account manager will confirm this at the time.

Can we pay by invoice rather than card?

Yes. We issue invoices with 30-day payment terms as standard. We also accept purchase orders for organisations that require them.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. There are no retainers, subscriptions, or minimum volumes. You submit cases as and when you need them.

How does volume pricing work?

If you expect to refer more than 5 cases per month, contact us to discuss a volume agreement. We offer discounted per-case rates for regular referrers.
