Specialist assessment
Neurodiversity Workplace Assessment£795per case
For a neurodivergent employee (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and more, with or without a diagnosis) who is capable but struggling. An occupational therapist chosen for the case assesses how they work best, and the report sets out their strengths, a functional profile and prioritised, costed adjustments. Your employee completes two short questionnaires first, then has a 90 minutes remote assessment with the occupational therapist. You choose this one directly when you submit the case.
Every assessment is carried out by a registered clinician, is independent and impartial, and requires the employee's consent. Recommendations are practical, work-focused and designed to support both the employee and the employer.

Pricing questions
Is VAT added to these prices?
No. Return Well does not charge VAT, so £425, £495, £695 and £795 are the total prices you pay.
When is payment taken?
Payment is taken by card when you submit a case. You'll see the price for your case before you pay.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel before the clinician has contacted your employee, there's no charge and we refund you in full. If you cancel after that contact but before the assessment, up to 25% of the fee applies and we refund the rest. Once the assessment has taken place, the full fee applies. This is set out in section 8 of our terms.
What if the employee doesn't engage?
If we can't reach your employee after reasonable attempts, the assessment isn't completed and we'll let you know. 60% of the fee applies to cover the work done, and we refund the rest.
What if the employee doesn't consent to the report being released?
Your employee reviews the report first, and it's only released to you with their consent. If they decline, we'll tell you that the assessment took place and that release was declined. The full fee still applies, because the assessment and report have been completed. This is set out in section 7 of our terms.
Can we pay by invoice rather than card?
Card payment is taken at submission as standard. If your organisation requires invoice billing or purchase orders, please get in touch and we can make alternative arrangements.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There are no retainers, subscriptions, or minimum volumes. You submit cases as and when you need them.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?
Yes. If you have more than 5 cases you'd like to submit, get in touch and we'll discuss bulk pricing options.
