FAQ
Pricing questions
When is payment taken?
Payment is collected at the point of submission, before the assessment begins. When you submit a case, you'll be shown the case category and price based on the information you've provided, and asked to confirm payment before we proceed.
What if I need to cancel after submitting?
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Cases cancelled before the assessment takes place are eligible for a full refund. Once the assessment has been conducted, a partial fee may apply — your account manager will confirm this at the time.
Can we pay by invoice rather than card?
Card payment is taken at submission as standard. If your organisation requires invoice billing or purchase orders, please get in touch and we can make alternative arrangements.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There are no retainers, subscriptions, or minimum volumes. You submit cases as and when you need them.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?
Yes. If you have more than 5 cases you'd like to submit, get in touch and we'll discuss bulk pricing options.
