Submit a referral
Complete a short online form with the employee's situation and what you'd like assessed. Takes about 10 minutes.
Clinician selected
We select the clinician for the case, usually within 1 working day. The assessment usually takes place within 5 working days of submission.
Assessment takes place
A qualified UK clinician with the right specialism conducts a confidential remote assessment by video or telephone.
Report released
We check the report and the employee reviews it. It's usually released to you within 5 working days of the assessment.
